To have a nominal place where these matters are attended to is a responsible position, It requires answering paper enquiries and also phone matter,

These are generally from the tax office in the form of BAS statements,(though these should be handled by your accountant)

and enquires regarding the company from ASIC, which also means we receive notification of the company's Annual Return and its fee of $212, plus our service and follow up fees, Chqs etc.

The present fee is available on request, around $270, There are also charges re phone/e-mail, and mail, per transaction. These are not large amounts but must be covered in your costs.
