Members Tax File Numbers should be submitted in the Order Form

Both the Tax Office Forms, ie.ABN & Tax File Numbers are absolutely necessary to open the Company Trading Bank Account

Your GST Number will take a bit longer to receive from the Taxation Office, generaly around 5 days but should not interfere with the Bank Account opening
